Medical Staff Office & Privileges

UPA teams with the hospital to provide administrative and support services to the Medical Staff.

The Medical Staff Office is a liaison between medical staff clinicians and hospital administration. Managed by University Physicians’ Association, Inc., the Medical Staff Office supports the medical staff by the coordination of the clinical privileges and credentialing process; and sustaining the medical staff officers, medical staff committees, and committee chairs in fulfillment of their responsibilities. The Medical Staff abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Policies.

The Medical Staff Office provides new provider onboarding assistance for the hospital.

  • One location for all credentialing needs.
  • Application for privileges is obtained via a request through the Medical Staff Office.
