Information Systems
Hardware, network, and application systems are an integral part of any
practice management and electronic health record software. Long before
"cloud computing" was an industry buzzword, the
University Physicians’ Association (UPA) was providing software, hardware, and connectivity support through
a hosted solution to its billing clients.
Through our partnership with University Health System, Inc., UPA maintains
our practice management production server, test server, imaging server,
and SQL report servers in the UHS Data Center. This is a secure environment
with 24 / 7 monitoring to ensure performance, back-up, and emergency power
in the event of a catastrophic power failure. Back-ups are stored both
locally and in an off-site storage area.
Advanced Technology to Enhance Your Physician Practice
UPA uses Intergy by Greenway Health and Electronic Health Record (EHR)
software as an integrated practice management and EHR solution. We also
use Cerner EHR, a remote ASP-hosted interfaced solution; and Vitera Practice
Analytics SQL reporting software for separate ad-hoc reports as well as
financial and clinical dashboard reports.
24 / 7 Technical Support for Our User Base
UPA provides all application setup, training, and support to our user base
for Intergy Practice Management, EHR software, and Practice Analytics.
All software or support calls are routed directly to the UPA dedicated
team located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
