Rush Hour Bootcamp
Take 45 minutes that you would otherwise spend in traffic to get a high
intensity workout, boost your metabolism, and tone your body! We will
use your body weight and free weights to end your day on a great (sweaty) note!
Tone and Strengthen
30 minutes of resistance training using bands, machines, and free weights!
This class is a great way to acclimate yourself to the gym, sculpt your
body, and build strength, and is a perfect complement to most cardio routines.
This 45-minute class is a mixture of the bootcamp and strengthen classes,
so it is perfect if you can't decide which you like better! We will increase
your aerobic capacity with calisthenics and increase your strength up
using weights and bands!
If you are looking for a way to track your progress in the gym, email or
call Katie to set up a wellness assessment! She will measure your height,
weight, blood pressure, body composition, and take several circumference
measurements to help you stay motivated!
