UPA Fitness Center

The UPA Fitness Center is an on-site facility that has a variety of equipment including cardio machines, weighted machines, free weights, and much more! And the best part is, all UPA team members can utilize this facility for FREE!

The gym is open 7 days a week from 5am-9pm and is located at the address below:

9000 Executive Park Dr., Suite F-125, Knoxville, TN 37923

Any team member who is interested in utilizing the gym must complete the gym waiver form and return to Katie before you will be given access to the facility. Please note that this facility is not always staffed, however, the gym does have cameras inside that are monitored for your safety. Spouses and dependents over the age of 18 can accompany team members after signing and submitting the waiver.

Katie Anderson is our Health and Wellness Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Tennessee and has been working in the fitness industry since 2013. Katie holds certifications in personal training and nutrition, as well as a faculty designation from Wellness Council of America, and she is excited to use her expertise to serve you!
